Every interaction I have had with the staff here has been amazing. Signed up to the run Melbourne and the staff have been really great with running advice, shoe fittings and honestly are just really lovely people. Great range in the store too, they have some cute options.

Hannah was so patient with me in my shoe fitting appointment - tried on lots of different shoes and didn't feel any pressure to buy until I felt that they were the one! She also took into account my budget and educated me on lots of little things as a beginner runner. Thanks Hannah you were fab :) Side note - book a fitting on their website if you can and need it as it does get a little busy

A running store that cares. These fine people helped me make a selection at both of their locations. There was a hot new shoe that no other running stores carried and they were able to get them for me. The shoes ended up being defective, (not their fault) but they stood by the customer and got a full refund to me. I was visiting from the states and I will not forget SOLE MOTIVE. I will send all my friends your way when they are in town. Thank you again Jude & Felix for their stellar customer service!

A fantastic running store! Staff were super friendly and helpful. They had a treadmill to assess how my feet pronate to recommended the right shoes. I'm a new runner and would recommend this store if you want advice with what shoes to get.

I was fitted by Paul yesterday and have to say it was the best customer experience I’ve had in years. He was so welcoming, understood my concerns with my pre injuries and found me the perfect pair of runners to get me back into regular running. The range of shoes were extensive and the options were great, really happy with my purchase! Highly recommend!

I visited Sole Motive this morning to update my runners as I had worn through my previous pair. The professionalism of the staff was impressive, I had a short jog on the treadmill where the staff member took a video of my lower legs and feet. They took me through how I was running and gave me their assessment and recommendations based on this. The staff member gave me ample time and attention to try on a few different pairs and ask questions based on this initial running assessment, and they were friendly throughout. I would definitely return to buy future pairs of runners from this store, I appreciated your kind and attentive service during these undoubtedly challenging times.
